Horseshoe Crab Roaches

Hemiblabera tenebricosa or the Horseshoe Crab Roach is an excellent non-flying, non-climbing feeder or pet roach species that is very easy to keep. Horseshoe Crab Roaches are the closest Florida native species to the popular Dubia Roach in terms of size, breeding and easy of care. Horseshoe Crab nymphs are light brown and run similar sizes to that of dubia while large nymphs and adult females can easily get larger than Dubia Roaches! This species will survive and breed very well in room temperatures. No excess heat is needed to hatch lots of offspring.
